This patient is a 19 year old young man who suffered a seizure and passed out and smashed his face on a concrete sidewalk. He fractured his upper central incisors exposing the nerves. I was able to save the teeth with root canals, buildups, and porcelain crowns. These are the before and after pictures.<\/p>\n
