Crown build-up and crown to save a broken down tooth

This patient was told by his dentist that his lower front broken incisor tooth could not be saved, and only option was to extract it.  He came to me for a 2nd opinion. This is how I saved his tooth:

fractured lower incisor
exposing root and removal of decay
fiber post and core build-up
after dental crown
new crown in place

This patient had spaces between her lower teeth that could not be corrected with orthodontics. So I fixed her spaces with dental implants.
