This patient was super pleased with his new teeth. His 4 upper teeth were broken down and needed to be extracted. We did a bone graft and placed 2 implants. Following healing I made him a 4 unit porcelain bridge cemented over custom abutments. The entire process took about 6 months. During the healing phase he wore a partial denture.
This patient was very unhappy with her smile and wanted me to help. We discussed different treatment options and what would work best. I took study models, waxed up an ideal smile and made a provisional bridge of the ideal smile. At the treatment appointment I prepped the canines and centrals for the bridge, extracted the lateral incisors and adjusted, fitted and cemented, the provisional bridge. The provisional bridge will stay in place for 3 months while the extraction sites heal. Following healing I will re-prep the teeth and take the final impression for the porcelain bridge.

This patient had an old porcelain crown and was not happy with the esthetics, and came to me for a cosmetic consultation to improve the look of his front tooth. He was unhappy with the “black next to the gums and the square shape” of the crown and wanted me to make him a new better looking crown. I removed his old crown and cleaned up the decay that was under it and made him a beautiful, perfectly matched front porcelain crown.
In this case today, a lady came to me as an emergency with a broken old upper denture. I was able to temporarily repair her upper denture, use it as a custom tray, take the final impression, and make her a new nice fitting brand new upper denture in just a few days. She used the old denture while we made her a new one.
For this patient, I replaced his missing upper left canine tooth with a dental implant.

This patient had been taking medications for depression and allergies causing dry mouth. As a result he developed decay under an old crown. I was able to save the tooth by removing the old crown, cleaning out the decay, and placing a new beautiful all porcelain crown.
